Recipe:
2 tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed is added in a bowl. Chop a fresh pineapple in , is left diluted in salt water for half an hour, after which it is collected from the salt water and overlaid on the flaxseed. After wards, mix the quark, flaxseed oil, milk, and honey with the hand blender and now add a good full pinch of cinnamon and freshly grated ginger and put this cream over the layer of pineapple fruit. This mixture is not stirred before serving because pineapple causes a bitter flavor when kept in prolonged contact with flaxseed oil. Pineapple should not be mixed with the Quark-Flaxseed oil cream.
