Ingredients

2 tablespoon oleolox
1 onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1-2 green chilies chopped
1 cup buckwheat grouts
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup green peas
½ cup chopped carrot
½ teaspoon mustard seed
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon rock salt
Few Curry leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)

Recipe:

Wash buckwheat grouts in clean water thoroughly and soak in water for half an hour.
Steam buckwheat grouts in a steam cooker for 15-20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add chopped onion, chilies, garlic, green peas, and carrot into the steam cooker and continue to cook in the steam.
Place the cooked buckwheat in a bowl, then, add Oleolox, salt, and pepper and mix gently with a spatula.
Heat a saucepan for about one minute. Then, immediately add a tablespoon Oleolox, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Sauté, stirring constantly, until the spices are fragrant over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Pour this into the buckwheat and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro. Enjoy the healthy, delicious, and crunchy pilaf.
