Ingredients
● 1 cup fresh shredded Coconut
● 4 tbsp thick yogurt
● 2 tbsp virgin Flaxseed Oil
● 4 to 5 cashew Nuts
● 2 Green Chillies chopped
● Half cup fresh mint leaves
● 1 clove of Garlic
● 1″ piece of Ginger
● Split Black gram/ urad dal
● 1/8 tsp Asafoetida
● 1 red chillie
● 1 tbsp Oleolox
● Salt to taste
Recipe
● Blend thick yogurt and Flaxseed Oil in a blender.
● Mix coconut, green chillies, garlic, ginger, cashew nut, and salt into blender.
● Grind to make that into fine paste.
● Remove the chutney mixture in to bowl.
● Heat oleolox in a pan, immediately add mustard seeds, asafoetida, dried red chillies, curry leaves and split urad dal.
● Fry on medium heat for two minutes and turn of the heat.
● Now pour tempering over chutney mixture and mix well.
● Serve with Idli, dosa.
